Thoughts from our MAUI Retreat...

“Attending the Resilient Movement Retreat in Maui was a glorious experience. From arrival to departure, I was filled with ease, laughter, friendship, mindful movement, and connection.
The location itself, walking distance from the beach was a highlight. The excursions and adventures provided exciting opportunities to see the biodiversity Maui has to offer. The twice daily movement sessions led by knowledgeable instructors provided a balance of informational workshops along with restorative and invigorating classes that rejuvenated both body and mind.
Each aspect of the retreat was thoughtfully curated for each participant to dive in, or step back depending on your personal choices or needs for the day.
The delicious, nourishing, communal meals made with locally sourced ingredients were cherished by the group each evening.
I would highly recommend a Resilient Movement Retreat and look forward to seeing what adventure they will offer next.”
"Kira, Clare and Kellie are superb instructors: engaging, supportive, and very knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job of planning the retreat, taking into consideration classes, logistics. and vibe. The two movement sessions each day were challenging but not daunting, and in between classes there was a perfect balance of scheduled and free time, group time and private time. Our lodging in a private compound was comfortable and a healthy mix of communal and personal spaces. Meals, catered by Maui-based persona chef Hillary Barsby were visually beautiful and incredibly delicious. Eating them on the patio accompanied by conversation and laughter with amazing people made the experience even more delightful. Start to finish, it was an incredible time."
